Bookings
A session or project is confirmed only once Unity Studio has replied in writing to confirm the date, scope and fee. Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Fees and payment

Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling is accommodated where possible. Cancellation terms will be stated in your written quote.
Delivery
Edited work is delivered through a private online gallery within the timeline agreed for your project.
Copyright and licensing
Unity Studio retains copyright of all images and footage. Clients receive a usage licence appropriate to the agreed scope of the project.
Use of work in our portfolio
We may show selected work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.
